the arena for entertainment events was a short walk from the hotel. fresh waffles were available at breakfast where i found good choice.

I found the parking simple. I appreciated the dedicated spaces at the hotel rear. check-in was quick, and the receptionist was helpful, providing clear directions. the housekeeping team left a lovely message. i liked the powerful shower and ample towel supply.
The corridor noise was noticeable. I could hear conversations late at night.

The queen room was well-appointed with comfortable bedding and adequate space for luggage. the air conditioning worked efficiently. It maintained a comfortable temperature throughout my stay, and there was a city view from my room.

convenient canal-side stay
safe parking helpful staff smooth check-in
I found the location convenient for canalside access. the hotel provided safe parking. Space availability, however, was limited. the staff were helpful. I had a smooth check-in and check-out.
A top was left in the room. I emailed, and received a request for further details, and sent it. after three follow-ups, i got no response.

friendly staff clean room good breakfast long wait small bed no fridge
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast had a good selection and the waffles smelled delicious.
The lift waiting times felt rather long. I thought the bed was too small for a large double. There was no fridge in the room. That was disappointing.

great location helpful staff limited selection tea bags
the hotel location was super convenient for us. the staff were pretty good too get us checked in early, even though they were busy.
only two tea bags were available in the room. the selection was quite limited. i always bring my own milk, but this was a letdown.

breakfast variety outside area
check in was easy.
The hot breakfast lacked variety. There was no hash browns. cleanliness was substandard. I found mold in the bathroom. i did not like that the area outside was very rowdy with considerable police presence.
